About the Founder

After 15 years of Human Resources and Recruiting Management in both agency and corporate environments, TalentFit.Solutions founder, Jim Schultz, decided to open his own company. Jim’s ability to apply the most appropriate process to the client's recruiting needs, allows him to find the best solution and the right people. At TalentFit.Solutions, success is measured by customer satisfaction, successful placements and streamlined recruiting. We build excitement through the process, resulting in eager anticipation of the start date. With an educational background that includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M and an MBA, with a focus in Human Resource Management, from ESADE in Barcelona, Spain, Jim is able to apply operational excellence and efficiency to Human Resources processes.
